Reconnecting with the Disconnected is officially it's own entity as of 20250813. Recker's Outreach remains in partnership.

Reconnecting with the Disconnected provides an 8-week youth program to at-risk youth who have entered the juvenile system or those who are at the risk of doing so.

Weekly Social Emotional Learning (SEL) training is provided to the youth as well as parent collaboration meetings. Additionally, each student will conduct a minimum of five hours of community service on the weekends to get the youth involved in positive experiences throughout the community to help them see the affect that they can have on others.

Students are expected to attend school without any unexcused tardies or absences. no disciplinary actions, attend all scheduled events, and obtain "C" or higher in all classes.

Providing at-risk youth with an opportunity to learn from their mistakes.
