Our Mission
At Recker’s Outreach, our mission is to support Veterans as they successfully transition back into civilian life with dignity, purpose, and stability.
We focus on two core objectives:
- Empower Veterans experiencing homelessness by connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities and workforce reintegration services.
2. Build effective support systems that address veterans' complex challenges, boosting their self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being as they reclaim control over their lives.
Our Story
Founded by Samantha Recker in 2023, Recker’s Outreach was born from a deep commitment to serve those who have served our country. After witnessing the struggles many Veterans face after returning home—particularly those who experience homelessness—Samantha set out to create an organization that offers more than temporary solutions.
Recker’s Outreach provides a rapid re-housing opportunity, offering fully furnished studio apartments to homeless Veterans in the local area. This allows them to establish a home address, regain stability, and begin rebuilding their lives. We are not a facility—we are a launching point for hope and long-term success.
What We Do
We firmly believe that secure housing is the crucial first step toward long-term reintegration. This is why Recker’s Outreach:
1. Provides furnished studio apartments for homeless Veterans.
2. Assists Veterans in establishing a permanent address for job applications, benefits, and access to community services.
3. Links Veterans with local support networks, employment opportunities, and mentorship.
4. Fosters personal growth by reinstating confidence, dignity, and a sense of purpose.
